Barot has become visible enough that we’re looking past it — to Lohardi, Baragran and the shepherd trails that still lead to Rajgundha and the high lakes beyond. Lower and gentler than Pangi or Miyar, this is closer to an entry point into real wilderness than an expedition.

We’ve researched the access, the setting, and what’s already there — but no Thach curator has visited in person. We only verify and list a stay once someone has walked the road, checked it against our standard, and put their name to it. That visit hasn’t happened here yet.
